Ingredients

Scale

Green Juice

Apple Juice

1/2 Lemon with peel (seeded)

Ginger

Medjool Dates

Avocado

Green Tea Powder

Fresh Spinach 

Ice

Instructions

Blend well in Vitamix till smooth and creamy, enjoy!

Notes

Substitute Coconut water and 1 tsp spirulina for green juice.  Try fresh zucchini instead of spinach, add 1 apple if you like.

Ingredients:• 1 cup spinach• 3 stalks celery• 1/2 cup diced, seeded cucumber• 1/4 cup fresh flat-leaf parsley• 1 small apple, cored• 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice• 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice• 1/2 teaspoon minced fresh ginger• 1 teaspoon lime zest

Directions:1. Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree.2. Make extra and keep it on hand in the refrigerator.
